| For Steve there is nothing better then creating simple and engaging images whether stills or motion. His goal is to hit the balance between art and information, elegance and emotion. It’s not always easy and that challenge is where the fun is. Steve feels incredibly lucky to have a job that combines two major loves: photography and travel. His assignments have taken him across America and the world and along the way he has been able to pick up 11 Photography Communication Arts Awards. He is also a contract contributor and assignment photographer for Getty.That said, while it is great to travel on location to Asuncion or to produce a major studio shoot with all the dogs and some ponies thrown in it is easy to get side tracked in this business. In its essence, what Steve does is make images that create meaning and tell a story for his clients and for himself, that’s his job, and his passion.His clients include: 3M, Cargill, General Mills, and United Health Group. |
