Steve Niedorf is photographer/videographer based in Minneapolis.

His work has taken him across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.  He has received 12 Communication Arts Magazine Awards of Excellence in Photography and is a contract contributor and assignment photographer for Getty Images.

Steve is also a writer and presenter and has prepared and presented instructional content for numerous DVD’s and web lessons.  You'll find his lessons in DVD syndication and avaialble on various YouTube channels.

For Steve, there is nothing better then creating engaging images whether using stills or motion. He is a location shooter. The challenge of going to an unfamiliar place and finding the photograph amid the visual chaos inspires and energizes him.

His goal is to hit the balance between art and information, elegance, and emotion. Achieving this balance is not always easy and for Steve that is where the challenge is.

In its essence, what he does is make images that create meaning and tell a story for his clients and for himself, that’s his job, and his passion.
